Attico Santa Brigida is an elegant apartment located next to the Church of Santa Brigida, which dates back to 1609. It was then that a bourgeois gentleman, Giovanni Antonio Bianco, decided to open a chapel dedicated to Santa Brigida in his home. Adjacent to it, he also established a conservatory for widows, which is now the site of our ApartHotel. The construction of the new church adhered to conditions set by the Spanish authorities, who considered a grand dome to be an obstacle for cannon fire; thus, the dome was built to a height of only nine meters. Inside, there are fresco cycles (Glory of Santa Brigida, Saint Nicholas, The Last Judgment, and The Passion) by Luca Giordano, who is buried there. Other works are by Massimo Stanzione and Paolo De Matteis. Due to its wealth of paintings by great artists, the church is akin to an art gallery.
The apartment is suitable for families of up to four people, offering the independence and comfort of a true home while exploring the city of Naples. The residence features a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, air conditioning, a 60″ plasma TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The bathroom includes a shower (80 x 140 cm) and a washing machine.
You can also enjoy the spectacular 80 sqm terrace that overlooks the domes of Galleria Umberto I and the Church of Santa Brigida.
